Seeking out therapy is a vulnerable experience, so I provide a non-judgmental environment for you to feel heard and understood. Compassion and empathy are at the core of my practice. 

I primarily work with adolescents and young adults to help them feel safe and confident in their bodies and in their relationships. Together, we can work through any anxiety or doubt you carry to build self-acceptance and self-worth. We can help you build stronger, more meaningful relationships with those you care about. 

I also provide sex therapy where we can challenge unhelpful stigmas around sex and reclaim the word pleasure. In my practice, we strive for insight and inner peace, however that looks to you.

​I received my Masters from the Columbia School of Social Work. I’m a licensed therapist in New York and New Jersey. I provide therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and polycules. I work under a licensed clinical social worker and I'm currently training to become an AASECT-certified sex therapist. I am LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, poly, sex worker, and kink & fetish affirming.

When I'm not working, I love to be out in nature. I also like to stay in and read a good book with my cat beside me.
